Refund/Return Policy

We offer an amazing 45 day guarantee on Caspah creams. We did this because we are confident that if applied as directed, 45 days should be plenty of time to see visual results. You must postmark the return within 45 days of you initial purchase. If you purchased Caspah cream from any other website or retail outlet, you will have to return it to the place of purchase and abide by their policies. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results after using as directed for 45 days, you may return the product back to us and receive a full refund minus shipping and restocking fees since it will be unusable once returned. You will also be responsible for mailing back the unused portion in its original bottle. For purchases made in the United States, you will be reponsible for a $5 shipping fee (only if you chose free shipping on your original order), $10 restocking fee, and whatever it costs for you to mail it back to us. Please put tracking on your package because we must receive the original bottle back from you in order to issue a refund.

For international purchases, you will only be responsible for paying the restocking fee of $10 and the shipping costs to send the original bottle back to us. You will NOT have to pay the $5 shipping fee because your shipping was not free in the first place.

The 45 day guarantee only applies to first time customers only with an order of up to 3 bottles. If you are not a first time buyer then you do not qualify for the 45 day guarantee. Your refund can only be refunded to the purchasing credit card or PayPal account used to purchase your order.

If you contact us before your order has been mailed out and you want to cancel your order, we will cancel your order at no cost and refund you in full.
